Electrical Service Engineer

Qualifications

BE (Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in gensets maintenance, troubleshooting genset electrical problems and synchronization systems programming

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform repairs given by Service Manager

Handle complex technical issues

Control the quality of maintenance performed by technicians

Contact customers with maintenance contract agreements to schedule maintenance visits

Schedule visits of the maintenance teams to fulfill the maintenance contracts agreements with our customers

Keep track of all maintenance contracts validity and the number of visits performed during the contractual period

Report to the manager any customer complaint or engine abnormality

Monitor and accelerate the maintenance process

Replace the maintenance supervisor during his absence

Ability To:

Organize and Prioritize tasks

Analyze the root cause of problems

Manage his schedule with clients

Have problem solving skills

Provide Solutions

Have a sense of teamwork

Knowledge Of:

Genset problems Troubleshooting

Synchronization Systems Programming

Gensets maintenance

Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

English, French & Arabic
